With over 20 years' experience across business, data and risk management, and the last four years supporting the voluntary sector, Emma specialises in systems administration, data analysis and business improvement. She enjoys translating complex data into clear, meaningful insight, helping organisations streamline processes, evidence their impact and make confident, informed decisions.

Data analyst and problem solver with a background in training and evaluation. With 27 years' experience working within and alongside the voluntary sector, Vicky specialises in impact measurement, monitoring and evaluation, reporting and data quality. She is passionate about helping organisations understand, evidence and communicate their impact, while building confidence and capability in teams to make the best use of their data.
